INGREDIENTS
3 oz Gin - we recommend Bar Hill or Stonecutter
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Maple Syrup
Semi-sweet hard cider, to top
Lemon wedge, mint sprig for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour gin and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice. Add maple syrup.
Shake and pour into a highball glass.
Top with a dry, sparkling hard apple cider.
Stir and garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
